This Privacy Policy is intended to explain how we at RTB House collect and use information related to your visit on this website www.cizu.cz (“Website”).
It does not, however, describe the processing of user data as part of the digital advertising technology we provide to advertisers. This latter issue is comprehensively addressed in the RTB House Services Privacy Policy.

We are an advertising technology company that provides digital advertising services. This Website is intended to:
- present our company, services we provide and technology we use,
- give you an opportunity to contact us directly or otherwise interact with us,
- share the news concerning our activity and useful insights from the advertising market.

- RTB House affiliated companies including RTB House Services sp. z o.o. seated in Warsaw, providing intercompany services,
- third party contractors including those indicated in section 3 and third party data centers,
If required, your personal data may also be disclosed to authorities which are competent by the applicable laws to receive such data, including law enforcement authorities.
We carefully select third parties to whom your data may be disclosed, in particular we make sure they grant an appropriate level of privacy security to your data and process your data only for the intended purposes as well as in compliance with this Privacy Policy and the applicable laws.
We will not transfer or permit any of your personal data to be transferred to a territory outside of the European Economic Area unless we have taken measures necessary to ensure the transfer is in compliance with applicable laws. Such measures may include (without limitation) transferring the personal data to a recipient in a country that the European Commission has decided provides adequate protection for Personal Data as referred to in Article 45 GDPR or standard data protection clauses adopted by the Commission as referred to in Article 46 GDPR.
6. FOR HOW LONG WILL YOUR DATA BE PROCESSED
We may implement different data retention periods with regard your data, depending on the context of processing.
It may be 1 year for queries submitted via electronic form or until you withdraw your consent or object to the processing based on our legitimate interest. In certain other cases, it is the period of validity of the legal basis for processing, e.g. until you withdraw consent or object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
After the expiry of the relevant retention periods we will either delete or anonymize your personal data.
7. HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
To the extent provided by the applicable data protection laws, in particular the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access your personal data,
- rectify your personal data,
- request erasure of your personal data,

- receive a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request transmission of the data to another controller,
- lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority,
- withdraw consent for data processing you gave at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).

8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 16. Our Website is not directed to children under the age of 16. In case we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

In order to access our website you need at least:
